We are proud to support an exclusive coffee roasting course in collaboration with Jodi Wieser Coffee Consulting, hosted at a brand-new, scenic facility in Dallas, Texas. Led by two industry experts—Mark Michaelson, our Head of Education and former Roaster of the Year, and Paris Kennedy, a rising talent in the coffee world—this course offers hands-on experience using San Franciscan roasters. Participants will master key roasting concepts, including roast curves, airflow control, and the Maillard reaction, while sharpening their sensory evaluation skills through cupping sessions.
In addition to practical roasting sessions, attendees will gain insights into advanced roasting software to ensure consistency and quality. For those attending the Roasting 202 segment, the course dives deeper into espresso roasting and blending techniques. Whether you're a novice or seasoned roaster, this immersive experience offers invaluable knowledge and the chance to connect with a community of passionate coffee professionals.
