Back in august w made the trip to spend a few days with mark&crew to get some feedback on the coffee and to get some roasting advice and tips on how to better use the SF10.. Long story short idkw we waited so long, it was worth every single penny spent to get down there.. I was skeptical about how much of a benefit two days would make but every single question i had and the problems i was having getting the results i was looking for in our coffee was answered. I am not being hyperbolic when i say that upon returning home the cup quality of our coffee change dramatically overnight.
